About the class
This class is available to healthy, pregnant women from 12 weeks gestation and beyond. Each class has been thoughtfully adapted to give students a positive foundation of Yoga asana, breathing techniques, visualisation and meditation which will carry them through their pregnancy journey. Please note this class is run as a 6 week reaccuring term.
